Both jota9 and members have the right to close an account. However, jota9 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under certain circumstances.

• Long-inactive accounts (over 12 months)

If a member wishes to close their account:

• You will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance (subject to conditions being met)
